AEL Financial Services Limited also trades as AEL Finance. It is a microfinance company licensed by the Bank of Tanzania that offers small and medium credit facilities to businesses and individuals. The Company aims to provide flexible Credit solutions to Tanzania’s low and middle-income individuals and enterprises. Additionally, the company is also licensed by the Tanzania Insurance Regulatory Authority (TIRA) to operate the Insurance business as an Insurance agent.

We commit to delivery to our customers the following service standards.
- First loan for business, employee, emergency, insurance – premium financing: Turnaround time of up to 72 hours
- First loan for asset financing: Turnaround time of up to 4 working days
- Repeat loans for all loans: Turnaround time of between 24 to 48 hours;
- Insurance cover note: Turnaround time of 1 hour
- First Insurance policy: Turnaround time of 2 working days
- Insurance claim assessment: Turnaround time of 5 working days
- Insurance claim settlement: Turnaround time of 14 working days
